Just paste a link for a YouTube video in ViewPure and they will remove all of the ads and comments from the video. Those pesky related videos that show up at the end of the video are also removed. In addition to removing unwanted and potentially inappropriate material, the removal of comments and ads makes the video page less visually distracting.
Advanced settings allow you to choose the start/stop time, and even password protect the video. You can also create an easy to remember custom URL like this one that I made for a video about Fire Ants: ViewPure.com/FireAnts (original URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-a85yKqOpY&list=UURuCgmzhczsm89jzPtN2Wuw). A bookmarklet is also available so that you can add a video to ViewPure with one click.
