Templates for Engaging Assignments
Fake social media templates have been long popular on Nick’s picks as an engaging way for students to demonstrate an understanding of course content. The positive feedback I have received from teachers about my Netflix template encouraged me to continue expanding this type of approach in new ways. An Amazon template seemed like an equally engaging approach to incorporate a wider range of content.
Students can use the Amazon template to create “products” from a variety of items. What would you you shop for before heading out on the Oregon Trail? What if cells had to shop for their organelles? What types of products would you have found on Amazon during the roaring twenties?

The links do not work.
Thanks for letting me know! They should work now.
I love the idea of the Amazon template but none of the download buttons are working for me. Any ideas as to why that might be happening? Or is there another way for me to get the template?
I’m glad you like them, April. They should be working now.
I absolutely love this and how it fosters creativity, critical thinking, and communication. However, the download to Google Slides seems un-clickable. Can you send me a direct link, please?
Thanks for the kind words, Trish! The links should be working now.
For some reason my “download” buttons aren’t clickable! Is it me?
Thanks for letting me know, Kristin. It’s definitely not you, the buttons should be working now.
Thanks! I absolutely love this idea!
