Steps from the video:

Fake Text Animations
  1. Go to chat-animator.com.
  2. Rename your characters (don’t worry: you don’t need to use all of them).
  3. Upload images for your characters.
  4. Select who is sending the first text.
  5. Type the first message.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the remainder of your chat.
  7. Delete the messages from spaces you aren’t using.
  8. Add additional messages (if needed).
  9. Adjust the pace of text delivery.
  10. Toggle on ‘Save as GIF’ to save your animation as a GIF in addition to a video file (.webm).
  11. Click Record Animation.
  12. Your file(s) will download once it has finished processing.
